Poq is a Strong Performer in the Forrester Wave Q1 2016

Forrester Wave | Poq - the app commerce company

We are delighted to announce that we have been recognised as a Strong Performer in Forrester Research, Inc.’s report “The Forrester WaveTM: Mobile Commerce and Engagement Platforms, Q1 2016.“

Only ten companies were selected to participate in the evaluation. In a rigorous evaluation process, vendors’ capabilities were assessed according to three categories: current offering, strategy and market presence.

Poq was recognised as “delivering a true SaaS service with all clients on the same version with each update of the platform.” In addition, Poq’s core value proposition was cited as offering “a scalable model that gets organizations up and running quickly.”

Our Co-Founder and CEO, Oyvind Henriksen, commented “We are honoured to receive a Strong Performer recognition in the Forrester Wave. We believe that our scores for innovation and consumer facing mobile apps validate the strength of our Software as a Service platform, which has been proven to lift conversion rates and engagement above mobile web.

“Our platform brings great benefits to our customers, in terms of greater speed to market, faster innovation, better scalability and complete control via cutting-edge online tools. Retailers benefit from the platform’s continuously evolving innovations and feature-set, rather than having to rely on an agency to build new features from scratch every time. We were also pleased to receive among the highest scores in the Customer Feedback criteria, which we believe demonstrates our passionate commitment to our customers and the continuing benefits they get from our cloud platform model.”

The report also states: “with a very impressive and growing list of clients that has made it one of the leaders in the UK market, it is fair to say that there are a significant number of retail fans who prefer using a full SaaS model for commerce engagement apps.”
