Fashion For Lunch blogs anonymously in East London, as the thought of introducing herself as a blogger seems like too much of a cliche. She refers to Fashion For Lunch as a ‘paper zine for the cyber – era’. Here she spills the beans on her obsessions for hunting vintage jewellery online, Pretty Polly tights and the joys of Bloglovin’.

What percentage of your wardrobe do you buy online as opposed to in-store?
I buy a lot online, from vintage on eBay and ASOS market place, to luxury brands on Net-a-Porter and My-Wardrobe. I’m a big fan of internet shopping!
Which are your most loved brands to buy from online, and why?
I normally buy my first piece by each brand from a store, I like to feel and see what I am getting, I try it out and then I have trust for the brand and the quality, then my next purchase is probably bought online. I buy Vivienne Westwood online, vintage, folk, tights from Pretty Polly and I’m addicted to ASOS! I also buy a lot of jewellery online.
What features do you most appreciate when shopping from online fashion shops? i.e. Editorial content, free returns, styling advice, video content etc
Good clear photos from plenty of angles. I don’t look like a model, so it doesn’t really help me to see what it looks like on a tall, thin girl!
If you have a smartphone, do you have any fashion apps on it? Which are your favourites?
I use Bloglovin’, Style.com, Chanel, WordPress and Bloglovin’. I also love looking at Instagram, so many great #o.o.t.d’s on there!
What’s your favourite social media channel for connecting with fashion brands?
Twitter and Instagram! LOOKBOOK.nu is great to, but it’s too addictive! I can spend hours on there.
