Poq & Hudson win ECMOD Technology Award!

Poq is proud to announce that the Hudson App won the technology category at this year’s event held at the exclusive Hurlingham Club, London on Thursday 5th June. The Hudson app has been a great success since going live on the Poq platform, Hudson Shoes saw a 71% increase in mobile revenue after the launch back in 2013.

The leaders of the UK’s multi-channel retail sector gathered together annual ECMOD Direct Commerce Awards (sponsored by SelectCommerce from Webselect).

Twenty-three companies were commended at the ceremony presented by Sky News anchor Dermot Murnaghan. The esteemed annual event aims to recognise the hard work, flair and commitment of businesses in the catalogue and multichannel retail sector.

Hudson Shoes – who’s mobile app is powered by Poq’s platform, was also accoladed with the award title of ‘The Best Exploitation of Technology’ at The ECMOD Direct Commerce Awards this year. Hudson Shoes’s design contemporary, are a classic and original shoes for men and women and formed in 1990 in the US.
