We are honoured to announce that our client Missguided won the award for “Best App” at the Drapers Digital Festival Awards last week!

The retailer was shortlisted alongside fellow retail heavy-weights such as Very, Mr Porter, ShopStyle and Harrods. See the other shortlisted companies here.
The Best App award is to celebrate an app that has helped retailers generate increased brand awareness and sales whilst also providing an outstanding customer experience.
The iOS app built on the Poq platform impressed judges with app-only functionality “Swipe-to-Hype“, enticing thousands of app downloads and native one-step check-out that streamlines the check-out process. These features produced results far greater than the retailer initially planned. Nitin Passi, Founder and CEO of Missguided revealed, “The revenue run rate of the Missguided app went from £0 to £30 million within 4 months”.
Poq’s CCO Mike Hann added, “Industry recognition such as this goes to show that Missguided has successfully placed the customer at the centre of their mobile strategy. This, together with rapid innovation has enabled them to be recognised as leaders in their field and we’re proud to be their app commerce platform of choice.”
